Federation elections: your vote counts

blog-img
The Federation elections are underway and ballot papers have been circulated to members. You have until Thursday 3 March to cast your vote.

Federation reps are elected for a period of five years. Some candidates have stood unopposed, which means elections are not required in every division.

Elections are required for the following roles/divisions:
  • Pennine West - Constables
  • Wales and Midland - Constables and Inspectors
  • B Division East - Constables and Inspectors
  • B Division South - Constables, Sergeants and Inspectors
  • TFL - Sergeants

If you believe you should have been sent ballot papers but haven't yet received them, please contact General Secretary, Mark Marshallsay, using info@btpfed.co.uk.

Make your vote count

You are voting for your area representatives in these elections. These are the officers who will support you if ever you need the Federation. These are the colleagues who will assist you when you are possibly at your lowest, when you are under investigation, when you are poorly or seriously ill. These are the officers who will represent your views and expectations to the National Executive.

Please cast your vote by Thursday 3 March. Results will be declared on Friday 4 March with reps taking up office immediately.
