With this in mind, we developed our Wider Support Network – a panel built up of over 110 specialist organisations that provide vital support to our clients to address the personal challenges that they face alongside debt.

Debt isn’t just a financial problem, 85% of our clients shared with us that financial difficulties have negatively affected their mental health. With such a significant correlation, we have made our approach go beyond just debt advice.

Our Wider Support Network ensures our clients don’t have to manage their challenges alone. It includes partners like GamCare for gambling addition, Refuge for those escaping domestic abuse and many more.

This network of specialists is embedded into our CRM system which means that once our advisors triage a client’s needs, they can seamlessly refer them to the right specialist service without delay.
