We are deeply saddened to report the death of our colleague PC Mark Stokes. Our thoughts are very much with his family, friends and colleagues at this extremely difficult time. Mark joined BTP in September 1998 and spent his career in uniform, on the frontline, based mostly in Leeds and Bradford. From 2019 to earlier this year, Mark also volunteered as a Federation Representative on the Pennine East division. He is remembered as a dedicated rep who was committed to being a reliable source of support, advice and guidance for his colleagues in their times of need. Mark will be sorely missed.
