Serving officers and Special Constables

Group Insurance membership costs £29.64 lunar monthly (i.e. every four weeks) for serving officers and £32.11 calendar monthly for Special Constables.

Please remember, the Group Insurance scheme is optional. Should you wish to opt out you must contact the Federation office to confirm this. Before you do so, we advise you to source alternative cover appropriate to your personal circumstances, for your own peace of mind.

Partners

Cover is available for partners at £13.62 lunar monthly (i.e. every four weeks). The partner scheme provides Life Assurance (£65,000) and Critical Illness cover (£10,000). For other benefits, please take a look at the Group Insurance Scheme booklet above.

Retired Officers

Group insurance cover for retired officers varies in cost and benefits in line with your age. Please consult the Group Insurance Scheme booklet above for full details. Please note, you must fill out the retired officer application form BEFORE your retirement date. Under the terms of the policy there can be no gap in your cover.
